We want you and your baby to love our products, so if you are not completely satisfied, you can return your items within 30 days of purchase. All returned items must be in their original packaging, unwashed, and unused to qualify for a full refund.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Pack Your Items
Securely place the unwashed products in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the return slip is included inside.
Ship the Package
Download and print your prepaid shipping label, attach it to the outside of your parcel, and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
